We start with the fabric and the fall. A shirt lives or dies on how the cloth moves — too stiff and it fights you, too soft and it loses its line by midday.

Then the collar, the yoke, the button spacing. These are the quiet decisions that make a plain shirt feel resolved rather than blank, and they take the longest to settle.

Finally, we wear it for a month. Nothing ships until someone on the team has lived in it, washed it a dozen times, and still reaches for it on a Monday.
